Call of Duty 3
The follow-up to the #1 next-generation game, Call of Duty 3 delivers the intensity of being closer than ever to the fury of combat during the Normandy Breakout, the historic campaign that made the liberation of Paris possible and brought the Allies a step closer to Berlin.
The Second World War - a topic that many love and many hate, but that definitely hasn't prevented friends and foes waging war against one on the 360! The XBOX 360, that is.
Call of Duty 2, released just over a year ago proved to be the Xbox 360's jewel in its crown, as it was ultimately one of the better games when the system launched. Although it's much like the same game, we've got to admit - its DAMN GOOD!
It boils down to this: You'll never find a boring moment in Call of Duty 3.
Players assume the roles of four ordinary Allied soldiers—American, British, Canadian and Polish—and are thrust onto an authentic, living battlefield for an unprecedented variety of combat, with advanced high-definition graphics, detailed character animations and explosive on-screen action, delivering the most immersive and cinematically intense war experience ever.
Though the stories may not be as seductive as the last Call of Duty, the fact that you can fight on behalf of other forces adds a bit of zing to the game.
You may not want to fight for the Americans though, they're b*stards!
Call of Duty 3 is out to own on all major consoles including XBOX 360, PS2 and Nintendo Wii - and we've got a competition to give it away on all 3! Why not enter it online here.
