Bionic Woman Season 2
This autumn The Bionic Woman will be released courtesy of Universal Playback.
In 1975, a bionic woman arrived as love interest for Major Austin in the shape of ex tennis pro Jaime Sommers (played by Lindsay Wagner).
Sommers was eventually killed off but her character proved so popular that she ended up with her own show. The Bionic Woman debuted in January 1976 and was an immediate hit (it actually topped the ratings in the UK) with Wagner going on to win an Emmy Award for her performance.
