Over The Hedge Back

Over The Hedge

Over The HedgeHaving gone down a storm with the UK press, the charming and irreverent woodland creatures from Over The Hedge will be invading homes on December 4th 2006, when it debuts on DVD, from DreamWorks Animation. Packed with more fun, more music, and even more surprises, the Over The Hedge DVD includes a host of extra features, including Hammy’s Boomerang Adventure, an all-new mini-movie created by the filmmakers exclusively for this release. When a pair of unlikely best friends, an enterprising smooth-talking raccoon and an overly practical turtle, awake from hibernation to find a suburban housing development encroaching on their forest home, they learn to co-exist with — and even take a bite out of — this strange new world called suburbia. Heading up an all-star voice cast, Bruce Willis (the Die Hard franchise, Sixth Sense) is the voice of the mischievous con-artist raccoon named RJ, and Garry Shandling (TV’s The Larry Sanders Show, It’s Garry Shandling’s Show) voices the overprotective turtle named Verne in the 2006 computer-animated comedy Over The Hedge. With the film’s blend of humour, adventure and all-out fun captured on this must-own DVD, there is also an array of engaging interactive bonus programming that delivers tremendous entertainment value including activities, games, creative projects and downloadables, keeping both kids and adults engaged throughout the holidays.
