Paul Weller - As Is Now

Following hot on the heels of the double live album Catch-Flame released on 12 June 2006, Liberation Entertainment will be releasing As Is Now – Paul Weller on DVD on 21st August 2006.

This timely release will be Wellers first live DVD since he achieved the Brit Award 2006 for Outstanding Contribution to British Music.

The DVD includes footage of the Live At The 100 Club Concert with performances of Pebbles On A Beach, Make It Alright and Town Called Malice; a Documentary On The Making Of As Is Now and a full length interview with the man himself. Wellers 8th September 2005 gig at Londons 100 Club was to an intimate audience of just 150, and his first performance at this venue since 1984.

The DVD captures 42 minutes of highlights from a set drawn from his solo career, including tracks from As Is Now and is testimony to the fact that for Weller playing live “still fills me with excitement…rock and roll is the only thing that unites people, and its great to get that vibe back again.”
