Roobarb and Custard

Retaining all the characteristics from the original cartoon – the wobble, the wit, the colours, the “NA NA NA NAA” theme tune and the one and only Richard Briers, the show has been revived for a new generation, follow the adventures of the loveable pair as we meet ‘Roobarb’ the crazy green dog and his best friend ‘Custard’ the pink cat.

Roobarb is an excitable inventor who lives life to the full between the house and the garden shed. Always on a quest to find the ultimate invention, the ever determined optimist’s day is filled up with thousands of creative ideas – which almost certainly go spectacularly wrong!

Custard the lazy pink cat is a devious prankster who likes to watch the world go by whilst laughing at Roobarb’s inventions. Always the first to taunt others, Custard is much happier sitting on life’s fence without ever achieving anything himself!
