Guide to renting for students - Things to Consider

Things to consider: There will always be two main factors for any students when it comes to accommodation, location and price. Ideally everyone would like somewhere cheap as chips within a stones throw of their lecture theatre and a bigger stones throw from a public house.

Most large city universities tend to be located in the centre of the cities and therefore finding accommodation close to your place of study can be expensive so a compromise is required. However cheaper accommodation further away from uni can lead to increased transportation costs.

I have made a list of important things you will want to consider when renting. Some of these may seem obvious but you need to remember them all. Often people will be taken back by a really nice flat and after they have taken it realise that it has its drawbacks.
