Consider all of your expenditure as often money will be slipping out of you more ways than you would care to know about!
These are essential expenditures that you most definitetly can't live without.
Some landlords offer all-inclusive rents but check whether this is as good a deal as it seems - there have been cases of students finding houses totally nasty and filthy but for 'a great all inclusive price'.
Don't forget there are also 2 types of accommodation: furnished and non furnished. The latter is usually cheaper, however furnished accommodation is like halls but just not as cheap!
