University recruitment fairs
Recruitment fairs provide you with the opportunity to find out about different careers and postgraduate study by meeting employers and representatives from institutions face to face.
They are usually very heavily attended, so make sure you go early or go on the days your graduate employer is attending to make sure you're not disappointed.
Make sure you have questions prepared for them rather than wasting their time gawking at the wage they're on!
Don't worry if the people put you off - you could be the first person to go in there and change the whole company for the better!
Also, remember that some of these places also let you continue studying whilst working for them, so make sure you enquire about the possibility. Don't go there pretending to write a sonnet, and don't go there acting too arrogant.
Although these people won't give you a job on the spot, first impressions last!
