London - A students guide to getting around London
London - one of the best cities in the world.
The only ways to get around London are either walking, or the tube. You could cycle, but that's just crazy. You could drive - but that's probably even crazier.
Walking is obviously free, and there lies its benefits. Tubing, although expensive at first glance, can be made cheaper. Make sure you have an Oyster card - so you can whizz in and out of the tube. Having one of these also reduces the price of your travel by 30% and over.
This soon adds up after numerous journeys. Also, don't forget to try and travel off-peak when possible to save the pennies.
