Clearing student example
Let’s assume that you’ve just received you’re a-level results and your results fell short what was required and you’re looking towards clearing to gain a university place.
First thing to remember is that the course you choose may effect the rest of your life or at least the next 3 or 4 years of it so don’t rush to find a course in desperation. It’s probably best not to run to the telephone and start calling universities without coming up with a plan of action.
If you’re just desperate to go to university and are scared that you won’t be able to then don’t worry. There are enough media studies places for the entire population of China so if worst comes to worst you can drink 10 pints a day in order to gain a degree.
