This bank is actually pretty bad. They offered me no offers whatsoever, and their customer services was appalling. Sod Abbey!

Full disclosure: I am an international student so they let me open up a savings and an intl student checking account. I got the savings account fine along with the cash card, but after I received my debit card in the mail and tried to transfer funds, I found that they had shut down my checking acct without any explanation. When I tried to go to the branches to talk to them, I was faced with the most rude hag who went away with my card for an hour, supposedly "on the phone with the head office" who didn`t give her any explanation either, other than to tell me to wait for a letter in the post for a full and detailed explanation. Uh, right. Meanwhile, she tells me to my face that my business is not welcome and that I should move my savings elsewhere. Wow, that is a real commitment to your customers, Abbey. Well done.
