What if I don't get the grades?

It depends upon the admissions tutor, how they're feeling that day, how many open offers were made for your subject, how many other people missed their grades, how far you missed yours by, how far they missed theirs by and a whole lot more besides.

Stop worrying about not getting your grades, and start working on getting them.

If you've got severe problems make sure you contact your university well in advance to let them know - they're usually leanient, most of the time!
